Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.”—Ephesians 4:31-32

Jesus is sometimes so annoying. While in our humanness, we have the desire to hold on to "bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and slander"—he commands us to "put it away." And his convincing proof—he "forgave you" when you were annoying. Laughable right. So today be "kind, tender, forgive" those who are annoying as you.

DO THIS: Be kind, tender, and forgive.

PRAYER: God, remind me that you are tender with me, so help me to extend this same love and forgiveness to others.
