Awareness Intelligence (A.I.), as we have defined it here, informs both personal leadership and organizational leadership.  Strong A.I. in organization leadership can be transferrable to personal leadership as illustrated with the blue arrow below.  However as illustrated, A.I. in personal leadership is far more valuable for long-term success.  Organizational A.I. is valuable often in one context but A.I. in personal leadership is valuable in multiple contexts, as illustrated by the orange arrows.  The goal is to be high in awareness in both areas, but the primary context for A.I. is in the arena of personal leadership.

A.I. can be applied to almost any context of life.  The first we often think of are sports and business.  But A.I. can be applied as well to family contexts, driving contexts, event-planning contexts, cross-cultural experiences (like communication contexts in business or on mission trips), or even personal conflict management.  A.I. is especially helpful in strategic planning in all of the above.  For example imagine increasing your strategic game to new heights in your small/large business, sports strategy, or planning for your non-profit expansion.  The techniques and concepts of A.I. are simple and transferable to any context and ensure ease of implementation for a person of any age and skill.  This technique also find deep spiritual application as well beneficial for expansive spiritual growth.
