Beware Of It's Fruit

Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will recognize them by their fruits.—Matthew 7:15-16

There are false prophets everywhere. They were a little easier to spot in the past, but today they are more cunning, coming at you from every direction. Beware, they dress in a manner that looks unsuspecting and unthreatening. But their safe appearance is malicious by design. They desire to sway you. Protect yourself from their ravaging by taking time to look longer at the evidence and the result of their ideas on people in the past—this is their fruit, and it's usually bad.

DO THIS: Follow the good fruit.

PRAY THIS: God, may the people to which I listen be only those whose lives produce good fruit. Please give me a heightened awareness of those whose messages produce bad results.

Cuidado con los falsos profetas, que vienen a ti con piel de oveja, pero por dentro son lobos rapaces. Los reconocerá por sus frutos (Mateo 7: 15-16).

Hay falsos profetas en todas partes. Eran un poco más fáciles de detectar en el pasado, pero hoy son más astutos y te atacan desde todas las direcciones. Cuidado, se visten de una manera que parece desprevenida e inofensiva. Pero su apariencia segura es maliciosa por diseño. Desean influir en ti.
