Character Matters in Leadership

Rick Reilly  wrote an excellent little rant entitled, Tiger’s Ad Way Out Of Bounds.  This short article is a great reminder on two items as they relate to leadership:

1. Character matters, even more than winning, as the chief indicator of great leadership.
2. Honesty matters, even more than a carefully spun brand, especially when truth does not evade the rest of the world.

Take these two personal values and apply them to any leadership situation.
