For Passions or For Will

So as to live for the rest of the time in the flesh no longer for human passions but for the will of God.—1 Peter 4:2

You have time.

It's unknown how much time you have. But regardless, you have the opportunity to steward it. And you can live it as you wish. You can invest it in living in the flesh and for human passions. Or instead, you can live in the flesh, denying human passions and living passionately for the will of God. Choose the latter—It pays out greater dividends, and God's will wins in the end anyway.

ASK THIS: Are you doing your will or God's will?

DO THIS: Deny human passions. Live God's will.

PRAY THIS: God, show me the impact of my fleshly passions. Then reveal your will so that I will know it and live it.

PLAY THIS: Lincoln Brewster. While I Wait.
