It's Divine

His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence.—2 Peter 1:3

Notice it's His power, and it does something—it grants us life and godliness. So why if he granted it, do we act like He hasn't? Hmmm. Could it be we lack the knowledge of Him who called us? Let's change that today. He is calling you to glory and excellence.

DO THIS: Get to know God a little more today.

PRAY THIS: God, make yourself known to me, and may I live as a man called and blessed by you.

Su poder divino nos ha concedido todas las cosas que pertenecen a la vida y la piedad, mediante el conocimiento de Aquel que nos llamó a su propia gloria y excelencia. (2 Pedro 1:3)

Note que es Su poder, y hace algo: nos concede vida y piedad. Entonces, ¿por qué si nos lo concedió, actuamos como si no lo hubiera hecho? Hmmm. ¿Será que nos falta el conocimiento de Aquel que nos llamó? Cambiemos eso hoy. Te está llamando a la gloria y la excelencia.

ORA ESTO: Dios, dame a conocer y que pueda vivir como un hombre llamado y bendecido por ti.
