Leadership Validation

I have this little button on my desk that says “Emergency Affirmation” on it.  When you push it there is a short magical tone and then a strong voice says, “You are awesome.” For some reason I always feel better after I push it. This next video makes the same point but takes it further. About 2 minutes in you will get the point.
