RESOLUTE VIDEO SUBSCRIPTIONS (Downloading, Test Driving, and Monitoring Subscriptions)
All video subscriptions are final due to the fact:
- We allow downloading. Unlike other websites, we enable downloading of all videos. We allow downloading of videos for use in situations where wifi and thus streaming is limited. We do monitor this behavior and licensed downloads.
- We allow previews of series. Most of our series have a promotional lesson that will enable users to test-drive our video products.
- We allow self-monitoring your subscription. After purchasing a video license, individual users need to monitor their accounts. You are free to cancel at any time, but will not be issued a refund for not canceling your membership before the renewal date. Please self-monitor your account as often as you like at www.beresolute.org/my-account.
DIGITAL PURCHASES (PDF Purchases)
All digital purchases are not refundable. Due to the nature of PDF printing, all digital downloads, like Resolute Handbooks, are not refundable. Please feel free to test drive a lesson and a PDF of a single lesson before purchase using the promotional lessons for each series. In the event of a mistake purchase, such as a wrong PDF, you need to contact Resolute within 2 hours of purchase. Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.
PRINTED BOOKS (Books and Handbooks)
Book returns can only be returned within seven days of receipt and purchase. If they are returned, they must be mailed to Resolute, 2129 Second St, White Bear Lake, MN 55110 within 14 days of receipt, and they will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
