Seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come—Ephesians 1:20-21
I am so glad there is one seated higher. Higher than politics, power, and any pandemic. And not just a little above, but far above. So much so that there's no one named past, present, or future that will ever hold the position, title, or identity of him. His name is Jesus Christ. Therefore, don't bow in fear to any other name but only the one seated at the right hand of God.
ASK THIS: Are you bowing to something other than Christ?
DO THIS: Say the name of the thing you've been bowing to.
PRAY THIS: God, forgive me for my idolatry and for worshipping this thing I fear.
