As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today.—Genesis 50:20

Without a doubt, there are mean, malicious, and manipulative people out there. While they appear to have some semblance of control, they do not—this is merely an illusion. But does this infer that the mean, malicious, and manipulative things they do don't hurt? No, it hurts! Sometimes their actions leave open wounds and permanent scars. But the Christian man sees evil from another perspective. He looks at life and evil with divine insight and understands that God has complete control of all things and that even evil will not deter his purposes.

DO THIS: See God's victory.

PRAY THIS: God, I am surrounded by evil propaganda, evil people, and evil intent. Turn my sight from this evil and myopic focus toward the victory you have for me.

En cuanto a usted, quiso decir el mal contra mí, pero Dios lo hizo para bien, para lograr que muchas personas se mantengan con vida, como lo están hoy (Génesis 50:20).

Sin lugar a dudas, hay personas malas, maliciosas y manipuladoras. Si bien parecen tener una apariencia de control, no lo tienen; esto es simplemente una ilusión. ¿Pero esto infiere que las cosas mezquinas, maliciosas y manipuladoras que hacen no duelen? ¡No, duele! A veces, sus acciones dejan heridas abiertas y cicatrices permanentes. Pero el cristiano ve el mal desde otra perspectiva.
