Small Group Training

Here is some work we recently did, with small group leaders. Simple leadership training around a table with key volunteers. We narrowed the concept of small group leadership to one simple overarching concept – transformation. From here we are giving hundreds of small group leaders 3 broad principles to follow that they can come back to again and again and these principle are found in these three conversational videos.
