All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

2 Timothy 3:16-17

Take a breath right now. Breathing has many benefits ranging from clearer thinking to stress reduction. Man can not live without breathing, and the same is true spiritually. God's breath is what first animated Adam, and it is what gives us spiritual life today. Want to be profitable? Interested in being a complete man who is well equipped? Take a breath.

Men, take God's Word, His breath, into your spiritual life today. Remind yourself to go back to thinking about it until it becomes as automatic as taking a physical breath. A man disciplined in spiritual breathing is a profitable man equipped for every good work.
