The Answer
The answer is not always what you think it might be. The answer is not an answer at all. Notice you should be prepared to give an answer "for the hope that you have." And while preparation is vital in having the answer, the way you provide the answer might be even more important—now that is the real answer! So while you might be right about something today, don't do it the wrong way, because then it's no answer at all. Have a clear conscience today in the way you do everything, and this will testify on your behalf.
“Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander.” —1 Peter 3:15-16
DO THIS: The way you give the answer matters.
PRAYER: God, today if by chance I may be right, help me not to handle it wrong.
