"Pride leads to conflict; those who take advice are wise." Proverbs 13:10

Pride is your primary rival. It's what breeds conflict, strife, fight, and quarrels. But advice is the primary tool of a humble man. He is the one that is wise. Why not instead of trying to do life isolated and outside of guidance don't you take the advice of a wise man today and become wiser. Avoid the unavoidable conflict with self and others that leads to pride.

DO THIS: Take advice and be wise.

PRAYER: God, while I prefer to figure it out on my own, what I need today is wisdom. Bring a wise God-fearing person into my life to speak sense into me and may I avoid the conflict of pride.
