Over the years I have interviewed, hired, and transitioned hundreds of employees. The following three questions I have received from a candidate are perhaps the most insightful and powerful.   1. What basic metrics you would want someone in this role to meet?
  2. How would someone in this role exceed these expectations?
  3. What about this organization would keep you excited about coming to work everyday?
