Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places.—Ephesians 1:3
When we are blessed, and we don't deserve it, then we cannot contain it. It should be the primary proclamation of a believer. In this case, Paul leads with his proclamation in his letter to the Ephesians. He traces all blessings back to the Blesser, who extends every spiritual blessing to his creation. Stop today and count your blessings. Those you enjoy. The ones you pass over. Reflect on how they trace back to the Blesser and give him thanks.
ASK THIS: For what have you not given thanks?
DO THIS: Tell someone "thank you," start with God. And then thank someone else.
PRAY THIS: God, thank you for _________________________________
