On the contrary, we speak as those approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel.

1 Thessalonians 2:4 

Have you ever been given something of great value? Maybe it was the birth of your child, or a position at work, or an inheritance. When you are entrusted with something of immense importance, you're going to protect it at all costs. Men, what you guard is what you value. You know this to be true because you instinctively safeguard what is most valuable to you. Is not the message of the Gospel the most valuable thing we have?

All eternity for hinges on the very Word of God. This Word was revealed to you in Jesus Christ. You guard it and leverage it wisely when you understand the value. Think deeply about what you value and how you demonstrate that in your life. Take time to consider the importance of the gospel, which was entrusted to you.
