You Matter
“For if you keep silent at this time, relief and deliverance will rise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father's house will perish. And who knows whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”—Esther 4:14
Your presence matters, even when you think it doesn't. And sometimes just because you sit in the room, it matters. The fact that you are in the meeting today makes all the difference. The fact that you are present at that family event could be all that is needed. You today will be placed in unique situations, with unique people, and unique challenges because God chose you to be there. And never underestimate God or your voice in these moments. But you will. And so do I. So remember this—every man is a minister, and every event is an opportunity for ministry. So go get it done today. Steward the opportunity that God is giving you. For you were made “for such a time as this!”
DO THIS: Use the opportunities God gives you today, and remember you matter.
PRAYER: God, help me know who I am, whose I am and give me the courage to speak up today and use the seat you have given me, not for my good, but yours.
